Team rosters for each team must consist of the following:

1. Name, date of birth, and signature of every properly registered player on the team - click here to use the league's roster template (XLS or PDF)

2. Two (2) signatures from club officials (e.g. club's registrar and secretary or head coach)

3. Only L6 or L7 players, who can play up in a competitive team (L1 to L5) for a maximum of 3 games after season start.

4. Call-ups from a lower aged team must be listed on the roster

Note: Rosters are a one-time document, not to be confused with game sheets, which players do not sign.

Procedure

A. Send a copy of the above roster to the respective league secretary (see Contact Us) by June 15th. Scan & email is acceptable.

B. Send additions to the roster to the league secretary by July 15th - no more additions are allowed thereafter.

Teams, Coaches (to be finalized by May 31)

You need to contact the opposing coach in case of field closure and arrange for an alternate game day. If you cannot reach the opposing coach, please call the convenor who has alternate contact info.
