The home
club is responsible for assigning referees to the games.

Law #3 within ESL and NPHSL (unlimited substitutions, incl. goalie
substitution procedure).
We require that you record all cautions and dismissals on
the appropriate form, including any coach and/or spectator misconduct. Keep
your game sheet copy until end of September in case they are required for
discipline hearings or reviews.

dismissals on the game sheet provided by the home coach.
Submit Special Incident
Reports and Referee Assault forms to the appropriate authorities and keep a
copy for your own records.
Remember if the incident is “outside the norm
in a game”, complete the form and submit it.
