Tournament Details for Girls U12 and Girls U14

Date: Saturday September 11 & Sunday September 12, 2010

Host: Milton Soccer Academy

Players helping Sick Kids: YOU CAN MAKE A DIRECT and POSITIVE IMPACT ON SICK CHILDREN

During Saturday, the Hospital for Sick Children has been invited to collect data from healthy children to establish a diagnostic framework for sick children. This is an endeavour with real impact on how sick children will be diagnosed.

What is in it for you (money, community hours, t-shirts, blood analysis)? Read the flyer.
When and where? Sep 11 from 9AM-5PM at the fields.
What do I need to do?
1. Read and fill in consent form
2. Fill in the questionnaire
3. Bring to CALIPER canopy at the tournament.

Rules & Finals: See tournament rules applicable to both age groups (teams will be assigned to pools by Friday Sep 10th)

Miscellaneous: Bring a canopy for your team - a 10*10' area will be marked for you. Your team will receive tickets for the tournament meal from Troy's Diner on site. Your team will receive a case of water donated by Fernbrook.

Please do not bring outside food into the park (other than Oranges, etc).

Absolutely NO DOGS ALLOWED! This is a private park and that's the rule.
